1. Custom Reply Address


Sometimes, when sending an email, you want the replies to go to a different email address than you sent the original from. You can do this in Outlook for individual messages or for all messages sent from a specific email account. Watch the steps



2. Delay Delivery


When you click Send on an email, it is typically sent it immediately. But, what if you want to send it at a later time? Outlook allows you delay the sending of an email. For example, you’ want to send an email message late at night and to a different time zone that’s 4 hours ahead of you. You don’t want to wake up in the middle of the night to send that email. 3. Drag email to Calendar


Sometimes, the activity you need to schedule is due to an Email that you have received. Often, an Email message will contain all the information needed for a meeting invite.
